No. Hormone consults are pay-per-visit and completely separate from our Direct Primary Care membership. There is no monthly fee.

The initial consult is $350 and includes a 45-minute video visit plus a 30-minute virtual follow-up at 3 months. Additional follow-up visits are $150. If labs are needed, they are billed separately at a discounted rate.

You'll add a card on file when you set up your secure patient chart, but your card is not charged until after your visit is complete.

Hormone consults are ideal for women age 40 and over who are experiencing symptoms of perimenopause or menopause. We see women anywhere in Florida or North Carolina by video visit, and in person if you live near our office.

We offer bioidentical estrogen, progesterone and testosterone, tailored to your symptoms, health history and goals. We do not offer hormone pellets.

No, we do not accept insurance. You may be able to use HSA or FSA funds if hormone care is an approved expense under your employer's plan, so please check with your plan administrator. We do not provide superbills.

Prescriptions can be filled at your local pharmacy, an online pharmacy, or the compounding pharmacy of your choice. Where your prescription is filled may depend on availability, as there are currently shortages of many hormone medications.
