About Us
At Crossroads, our desire is not to simply manage chronic disease,
but to truly promote your individual health and wellness.
We will give you the tools you need to make the best choices for your health and wellness. “A pill for every ill” is not our primary means of medical treatment, though medication may be necessary to manage some acute and chronic illnesses.

About Dr. Doty
Hello! I’m a board-certified family medicine physician with 20 years of experience, previously practicing in Charlotte, NC, before relocating to Southwest Florida. I earned my medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2002 and completed my residency at Memorial Hospital in York, PA, in 2005.
My expertise spans family medicine, urgent care, medical practice management, and academic medicine. In recent years, I’ve developed a deep passion for mid-life women’s health, particularly perimenopause and menopause hormone management. As a certified hormone health practitioner, I’m dedicated to helping women navigate this transition with evidence-based strategies for optimal well-being.

I also have a strong interest in lifestyle medicine—empowering the body through nutrition, exercise, spiritual health, and mindset. Faith in Christ and the principles of Osteopathic Medicine are central to my approach, and I love integrating them into patient care.

My husband, David, and I live in Estero, Florida and have six children, including two adopted children from Ukraine, and a playful cockapoo named Finn. We enjoy traveling, spending time with family, and investing time in our church. “With God, life is an adventure!” is our motto.

“Whether you turn to the right or the left, you will hear a voice behind you saying, “This is the way; walk in it.”
